UTEP Edge in action: faculty guide to edge practices in the classroom 
To support incoming faculty at The University of Texas at El Paso, I helped design a guide introducing UTEP’s approach to High-Impact Practices (HIPs). The guide serves as a practical resource to align faculty with the university’s mission and enhance student learning outcomes. It includes best practices, sample syllabi, and actionable strategies to help faculty create meaningful, engaging learning experiences throughout a student’s academic journey.
